Canada said it will announce on August 25 its response to President Donald Trump's new tariffs, as neighbors that used to be close allies spiral into a trade war. This comes after representatives from both countries failed to come to an agreement that would avert new 50% US tariffs on a selection of Canadian goods, which started a few days earlier. FRANCE 24's Charles Pellegrin takes a look at what Canada could do to put pressure on the US.
