Aspiring powwow dancer uses creative material for regalia
Powwow regalia is sacred, handmade and deeply spiritual. When a Saskatchewan boy told his mother he wanted to dance, she started looking into the cost of having regalia made and realized it wasn't in her budget. So the boy made his own and as Melissa Ridgen reports, it was the beginning of an incredible story.
