B.C. RCMP issue Amber Alert for 4-year-old boy

Ryan Atlas Andrews was last seen on Ridge Boulevard in West Kelowna at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday.

West Kelowna Mounties have issued an Amber Alert for a four-year-old boy.

They say Ryan Atlas Andrews was last seen on Ridge Boulevard in West Kelowna, B.C., at 11:20 a.m. PT Tuesday.

He is described as three feet tall, 51 pounds, with short brown hair and hazel eyes.

RCMP say the boy is believed to be with the 40-year-old suspect, Alisse Andrews.

She is described as five feet, four inches tall, 121 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

They may be travelling in a Black 2021 Nissan Qashqai, with a British Columbia licence plate numbered RV003L.

Police are asking the public not to approach the suspect and to call 911 if they spot them.
