Bomb squad at house after WW2 ammunition found
A bomb squad was called to a house in a terraced street after ammunition suspected to date from World War Two was found.
Lancashire Police sealed off Taylor Street in Clitheroe, while a British Army team investigated on Saturday.
The bomb squad from the Regiment Royal Logistics Corp, said it found an "inert 30mm" round.
An Army spokesperson confirmed the ammunition "was safely removed from the scene for disposal".
