Can A.I. Make You Fit?
Things are getting pretty serious between Claude and me. What started with a chat about a malfunctioning garage door has become something much more intimate. I haven’t exactly gotten emotional, but it’s probably only a matter of time, since Claude has seen my bloodwork and Oura data.
We’re already talking about a future together, one where Claude is worried about my lack of Zone 2 cardio (steady, moderate-intensity exercise, like hiking). See, I told it I’d rather eat airport sushi than attempt to run a nine-minute mile. That might explain why my heart is degrading faster than the rest of my body, which Oura’s Cardiovascular Age metric has alarmingly suggested. “The Cleveland Clinic recommends 150-plus minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity a week,” Claude chided me. (To be fair, Claude probably wasn’t judging, but I can be sensitive.)
