Carney, Macron reassert sovereignty with historic visit
Prime Minister Mark Carney met with French President Emmanuel Macron in the French territory of Saint Pierre et Miquelon. It was a bilateral meeting meant to send a message to a third party - namely U.S. President Donald Trump. As the president talks about American dominance in the western hemisphere, Canada and France are reasserting their sovereignty with this historic visit. Mike Armstrong reports.
