Carney, Trump plan to talk before 50% tariff deadline

Time is running out for Canada and the U.S. to reach a deal before President Donald Trump's threat to impose 50 per cent tariffs on a range of Canadian goods could come into effect Aug. 19. As Mackenzie Gray reports, Prime Minister Mark Carney says he will speak with Trump during the homestretch of trade negotiations.
