This year, the awards at Vancouver’s Fairmont Pacific Rim enter a new chapter, expanding beyond Canada to recognize Chinese culinary excellence across North America. Guests will experience the artistry, craftsmanship, storytelling, cultural depth and contemporary evolution of dim sum.

The event will feature award-winning chefs and cuisine from Vancouver favorites—including New Wave Discover, Dynasty and Five Sails—alongside Hong Kong’s The Legacy House at Rosewood. Together, they will present signature dishes and Cantonese dim sum paired exclusively with The Dalmore whiskies, Granriviera Mimosa and Mt. Boucherie wines for an immersive dining experience.
