CNN’s Anderson Cooper reports from rescue operation at Nepal’s hydropower tunnels
"I think there are about 45-50 people inside," a Nepali army colonel, who is part of a rescue operation at a hydropower plant on the border, told CNN's Anderson Cooper.
Nepal authorities say the search for workers who could be trapped inside hydropower tunnels is now the “highest priority.” More than 900 workers at various projects are missing.
