Criticism of empty condo, affordable housing plan
There is plenty of criticism of the federal and provincial governments' announcement of a program that would buy unsold condos in Metro Vancouver and turn them into affordable housing. As Aaron McArthur reports, critics say it amounts to a bailout of developers.
