Asked if they're worried U.S. President Donald Trump could consider deeper ties between Norway and Canada a 'hostile' act, Prime Minister Mark Carney — at a press conference with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre — said Canada is a better partner when it is 'more independent or more resilient,' and has stronger relationships around the world.
