Experts split on Canada’s decision to exclude people with mental illness from medical assistance in dying
The federal government has announced that Canada will indefinitely exclude people solely with mental illnesses from receiving medical assistance in dying. While speaking with reporters, the federal justice minister said there is no perfect consensus on this.
