Fever Lights Up Corporate Events: Global Entertainment Platform Brings Signature Candlelight Concerts to B2B Market
Want to turn your traditional corporate event into an immersive, multisensory live music experience? Concerts by candlelight are one of the hottest experiences we’ve seen in 2025.
In fact, some of our readers may have experienced the concert by candlelight at Connect Marketplace in April at The Industrial Event Space in Las Vegas. On the consumer side, global live entertainment discovery platform Fever launched a concert series that has been produced in more than 150 cities and attracted millions of attendees since 2019.
On the B2B side, the Fever for Business division in the U.S. has launched Candlelight for Business, a new offering that provides companies with the opportunity to incorporate live music, illuminated by thousands of candles, into corporate events.
Context: With a mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment in real life, Fever inspires users to enjoy unique experiences and events, from immersive exhibitions, sports, interactive theatrical experiences to concerts and festivals, while empowering brands and creators with data and technology to develop and expand new experiences across the world.

Tormohlen: How do you customize the Candlelight experience for different types of corporate events--from product launches to client gatherings? Could you walk us through your process of tailoring the music selection and venue choice?
Soler: We customize the Candlelight experience by working closely with each client to understand the unique goals and atmosphere they want to create, whether it’s a high-energy product launch or a more intimate evening. Clients can choose from our curated repertoire of music programs or request custom themes, blending classical masterpieces with contemporary favorites to match the tone of the event. We also accommodate special song requests to highlight key moments, such as a product reveal or a toast.
In terms of venue, we offer access to a selection of stunning, candlelit spaces ideal for private events. However, we also support events at client-selected locations, be it a corporate headquarters, boutique venue, or even a private residence, ensuring the ambiance is always tailored to the occasion.
Tormohlen: What are the venue requirements and logistics considerations that corporate event planners need to know when booking a Candlelight for Business experience? Are there any limitations in terms of venue size, location, or capacity?
Soler: Candlelight for Business events can be hosted in a wide range of venues, from historic landmarks to boutique spaces, adapting to the size and atmosphere each client envisions. Key considerations include acoustics, to ensure sound quality, and lighting conditions, which must support the signature candlelit ambiance. While there’s flexibility in venue size and layout, unusually large or complex spaces may require additional planning. Our team works closely with clients to assess venue suitability and can provide guidance or recommend ideal locations.
Tormohlen: Can you share some specific examples of how companies like Meta or Pfizer have utilized Candlelight for Business, and what made these events particularly successful?
Soler: We've collaborated with leading global brands across various industries to craft bespoke Candlelight for Business experiences. These have ranged from elegant holiday celebrations for employees, to exclusive concerts designed to engage VIP clients, to impactful fundraising events. What makes these events truly successful is the expertise of our project managers and producers, who ensure each detail, from logistics to artistic direction, is flawlessly executed. Their ability to tailor every element to the brand's identity and goals is what turns a concert into a powerful, memorable experience.
Tormohlen: Beyond the musical performance itself, what additional customization options do you offer corporate clients to align the experience with their brand identity and event objectives?
Soler: Beyond the musical performance, we offer a wide range of customization options to help corporate clients align the experience with their brand identity and event goals. These include adding elements like extra candle displays, curated food and beverage offerings, private shuttles, extended or fully customized musical programs, and even bespoke performances featuring singers or dancers. Every element is tailored to create a truly immersive and memorable brand-aligned experience.
Tormohlen: What is the typical lead time required for booking a Candlelight® for Business event? Are there specific geographic regions where this service is currently available?
Soler: The typical lead time for booking a Candlelight for Business event is generally 2–3 months in advance, depending on the scale and complexity of the event. This allows ample time to coordinate venue selection, music curation, logistics, and any special requests. To begin the process, clients simply fill out a short form with key event details, after which a dedicated Fever specialist will guide them through each step. Candlelight for Business is currently available in more than 30 countries, spanning North America, Europe, and select regions of Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Availability may vary by city, so we recommend reaching out early to explore the options in each area.
