Industry minister expects Stelco to 'keep the jobs' in Canada, 'period'
Industry Minister Mélanie Joly says if the U.S. company that owns Stelco doesn't live up to its obligations to protect Canadian jobs under the Investment Canada Act, Cleveland Cliffs will face the 'full force of the law.'
