Inside the final days of Marineland
Marineland invited The Canadian Press inside on several occasions as the park is in its final days. The shuttered amusement park is in the process of moving 30 whales and four dolphins to aquariums in the United States and Spain. The park closed to the public in 2024 and has said it is running out of money and can no longer care for its whales, which is what necessitated this "unprecedented" move. (Aug. 5, 2026)
