International Overdose Awareness Day
The numbers are shocking - more than 18,000 people in B.C. have died of overdoses in the past decade. And while progress has been made, advocates say much more needs to be done. And as Angela Jung reports, innovations developed in Vancouver are being used around the world to try to reverse the trend.
