Japan thrash Tunisia in FIFA World Cup
KABUL (Pajhwok): Japan defeated Tunisia 4-0 in the ongoing 2026 FIFA World Cup on Sunday.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup is being co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
According to reports, Japan and Tunisia faced off earlier today in the latest round of matches.
Japan secured a comfortable 4-0 victory over Tunisia.
Daichi Kamada opened the scoring for Japan in the fourth minute. Ayase Ueda doubled the lead in the 31st minute before Junya Ito added a third in the 69th minute.
Ueda scored his second and Japan’s fourth goal in the 84th minute to complete the emphatic win.
