Legally blind rower is 4
More than 1.2-million Canadians are living with vision loss and for Vicky Nolan, her vision loss happened gradually. Nolan was declared legally blind after the birth of her second child, but that didn’t stop her from becoming a four-time Paralympian and six-time world champion rower with Team Canada.
