Man dead in single
A 69-year-old man is dead following a single-vehicle collision in Kanata early Sunday morning.
In a media release Monday, Ottawa police said the man was the lone occupant and driver of an SUV that crashed on March Valley Road, between Terry Fox Drive and Klondike Road.
Emergency crews responded to the scene where the man was found with life-threatening injuries, police added.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or captured dashcam footage of the incident is asked to contact the police's fatal collision investigation unit.
