Mosquito number on the rise after rainy weekend

Edmonton received over a 100 millimetres of rain, creating the perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. The mosquito population has grown by over 10,000 per cent within the last month and with more rainy weather in the forecast, scientists are expecting the skeeters to get worse.
