Motorcyclist killed in crash with truck in Trenton

25-year-old man from Belleville died Wednesday evening

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say a 25-year-old motorcyclist from Belleville was killed in a crash with a dump truck in Trenton on Wednesday evening.

OPP said they were called to Old Highway 2 where it passes through the CFB Trenton air force base around 6:10 p.m.

The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. They did not name him.

The road was closed for hours as police investigated.
