National Black Canadians Summit Comes to Winnipeg Sept. 18-20

CBC is proud to be the official media partner of the National Black Canadians Summit, taking place in Winnipeg from Sept. 18-20 at the RBC Convention Centre.

Over three days, Black communities and allies from across Canada will come together to engage in meaningful dialogue, share powerful stories, and explore solutions.

The summit’s program will feature two CBC panels hosted by CBC host Odario Williams (Afterdark and CBC Music Live).

CBC will also be onsite with the CBC Lounge, offering a place to recharge and engage with other attendees. We will have lots of programming in between sessions, including a live broadcast of Up To Speed, free professional headshots (for summit attendees only), and a photobooth! The CBC Lounge is open to the public and will be located in Hall D in the South building of the RBC Convention Centre.
