Nelco and Elveo join forces to deliver next
Nelco Limited, a Tata Group company and one of India’s leading satellite communication service providers, has announced a strategic partnership and investment in Elveo Mobile, a provider of global Direct-to-Device (D2D) satellite mobile connectivity solutions. The collaboration aims to expand access to Elveo’s network for enterprises and customers in India and across South Asian markets.Under the agreement, Nelco will deliver next-generation connectivity and compute solutions directly from Elveo’s satellites to sectors including automotive, maritime, energy, and government. The partnership will enable real-time communications and close coverage gaps for enterprise-grade solutions such as telematics, fleet tracking, infrastructure monitoring, disaster response, and business continuity.P J Nath, Managing Director and CEO of Nelco, said: “D2D is the next growth wave for the Satcom market globally and Nelco is embarking on it.
