"One Login Solves All"... Ministry of SMEs and Startups Introduces SME·Venture 24 Integrated Membership Service

Pilot Operation Begins at 9:00 AM on June 5

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on June 4 that it will launch a pilot operation of the "SME·Venture 24 Integrated Membership Service," which allows users to access major policy services with a single account.

This service marks the first phase of the SME·Venture 24 advancement project and will be available starting at 9:00 AM on June 5.

Until now, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners had to create separate accounts and log in to each institution’s website in order to access policy funds, startup programs, research and development (R&D), exports, and small business support projects. Going forward, users will be able to access multiple policy systems with a single login.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to operate the existing SME·Venture 24 service alongside the new service for a certain period, to prevent confusion between the two. During this period, the ministry will continue to improve service quality by incorporating feedback from the field.

In addition, the ministry will continuously enhance frequently used features such as certificate issuance and support program information search functions, as well as the user interface (UI·UX), and will gradually establish a foundation for company-tailored services.

Based on this integrated membership system, the ministry will link policy and support project data, and in September of this year, will introduce a pilot artificial intelligence (AI)-based support project recommendation service.

Minister Han Seong-sook stated, "This integrated membership service is the first step to making it easier for SMEs and small business owners to access a wide range of SME policies. We will gradually connect previously fragmented policy services and improve accessibility, so that the platform can truly support business growth."
