‘Preparing for US Expansion: A 2-Hour Interactive Masterclass & Tactical Workshop,’ is led by Robert Gallup, founder of Oz2US Ventures, and hits Adelaide on Monday, August 25, ahead of Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.

The program is designed to to help founders, CEOs, and GTM executives navigate the critical initial commercial, legal, and security hurdles of US expansion.

Gallup, a California expat with 25 years of growth experience across Silicon Valley, SoCal, and Melbourne, said the hands-on masterclass and tactical workshop helps founders benchmark readiness across five core pillars—product, market, operations, finance, and team, while refining their initial target ICP, beachhead strategy, and GTM messaging.

It also covers issues such as AI-first sales realities, cross-border compliance, and key cultural differences.
