PQ to govern with a minority government
The Parti Québecois will soon form the next government following the swearing in ceremony of its leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon and the newly elected candidates. The sovereigntist party won the most seats with 59, but that keeps it in the minority status. The PQ will have to work with opposition parties to pass legislation and its desire to eventually call a referendum is being pushed back even further. Tim Sargeant reports.
