Prodevans Technologies Appoints Dhanashree Raaj As CHRO

Raaj brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, talent strategy and organisational transformation

Prodevans Technologies has appointed Dhanashree Raaj as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), with the HR leader set to oversee the company’s global people strategy as it enters its next phase of organisational growth. In the role, Raaj will focus on leadership capability, employee experience, talent management and building a people-centric culture.

Raaj joins Prodevans after working as a fractional CHRO and independent HR consultant, where she advised organisations on HR strategy, organisation design, senior hiring, workforce planning and talent priorities. Before that, she served as Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner at ANSR, working with business leaders on talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, performance management, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement and change management.

Earlier in her career, Raaj was General Manager, People, Culture, DEI, Talent Strategy & Corporate Communication at IIFL Samasta Finance. Her remit covered people strategy, organisation effectiveness, total rewards, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, culture transformation, employee experience and HR analytics.

Her professional journey also includes HR leadership roles at NetServ Technologies, Sensiple Software Solutions and HCL Technologies. She began her career with HR responsibilities at Professional Access Software Development, PayPal/Covansys India and Infosys Technologies, building experience across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, workforce analytics, compensation and benefits, and HR governance.

Raaj holds an MDBA in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. With experience spanning technology, financial services and global capability centre environments, she brings expertise across HR business partnering, organisation development, rewards, leadership development and workforce strategy to her new role.
