Quebec City police say 21-year-old man found dead inside home was killed
Police initially described the death as suspicious
Quebec City police are investigating after a 21-year-old man was found dead inside a home in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste neighbourhood on Friday.
In a news release, police said investigators from the force's urban violence unit, in collaboration with the tactical intervention group intervened at the home on St-Gabriel Street, as part of an investigation.
When officers entered the residence, they located the victim's body. He was declared dead at the scene.
Anyone with information is being asked to call 911 if immediate intervention is required.
