REG - Bytes Technology Grp - Notice of dividend currency exchange rate
Shareholders on the South African register of the Company are referred to the announcement released on 12 May 2026 with regard to the financial results for the full year ended 28 February 2026 and proposal by the Board of a gross final dividend from retained earnings of 7.0 pence per share.
As approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 9 July 2026, the final dividend will be payable on Friday, 31 July 2026 to all ordinary shareholders who are registered as such at the close of business on the record date, Friday, 17 July 2026.
Shareholders on the South African register will be paid the ZAR cash equivalent as follows:
- Final dividend of 153.30469 cents per share (122.64375 cents per share net of dividend withholding tax).
Dividend withholding tax of 20% will be applicable to all shareholders on the South African register who are not exempt therefrom. The ZAR cash equivalent has been calculated using the following exchange rate: GBP1: ZAR21.90067 being the GBP/ZAR exchange rate on Monday, 13 July 2026 at 09:00 (BST).
The Company has a primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
