Samsung C&T Kicks Off Business Verification with Six Startups... Results to Be Revealed in October
Reviewing Joint Commercialization for '2026 FutureScape'
Samsung C&T Corporation's Construction Division announced on July 9 that it recently held the inaugural meeting of the '2026 FutureScape' with six promising startups to verify the business potential of new technologies.
FutureScape is an open innovation program operated by Samsung C&T Corporation in collaboration with the Seoul Business Agency. The program selects startups that possess innovative technologies or ideas, connects them with Samsung C&T Corporation's business areas to verify marketability, and explores possibilities for joint business development.

This year, a total of six startups were selected as finalists: Home&Co, Lemont, Inbooth, DIVER, CFlatAI, and Team Elysium. These companies possess technologies in a variety of sectors, including home repair platforms, AI-powered personalized content, modular booths, indoor logistics and delivery solutions, conversational services for seniors, and musculoskeletal health analysis.
Samsung C&T Corporation shared each project's objectives and Proof of Concept (PoC) plans with representatives from the six companies during the meeting. This collaboration will span a range of fields, including home platforms, wellness, senior living, robotic solutions, and next-generation edtech. Samsung C&T Corporation will host a results-sharing session (Demo Day) in October to release the outcomes.
Hyung Siwon, Head of the DxP Business Strategy Team (Executive Director) at Samsung C&T Corporation, stated, "This kickoff meeting marks the official starting point for full-scale collaboration with the startups. We shared the goals and demonstration plans for each project and plan to actively support the creation of new changes in existing businesses through technology verification, with the long-term goal of developing joint business models."
Samsung C&T Corporation will provide the selected companies with opportunities for business model verification, joint technology development, and business collaboration. Cloud companies including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Naver, and Megazone will offer voucher support, and up to 50 million won in commercialization funding will also be provided.
