Saskatchewan boy pays it forward with powwow regalia
A Saskatchewan boy got the attention of dancers from across Canada and the U.S. after photos of the powwow regalia he made from cardboard went viral earlier this summer. Since then, he's been hitting the powwow trail, and is now paving the way for others. Melissa Ridgen reports.
