Sinsungo Secures Pre-Series A Investment from MYSC for Customized Distributed Cooling Infrastructure
Sinsungo, a startup developing customized individual and distributed cooling infrastructure, announced on October 2 that it has raised pre-Series A funding from impact investor MYSC and others.
The investment amount was not disclosed.
MYSC invested through the “A MORE Beautiful Challenge 2” fund, which is capitalized by Amore Pacific and managed by MYSC.
Sinsungo launched through LG Electronics’ corporate venture program STUDIO341 and is developing customized individual and distributed cooling infrastructure based on proprietary cooling and insulation technology. The company’s solutions selectively cool only the required products and zones, rather than entire spaces. MYSC highly evaluated Sinsungo’s core technology and its scalability across various industries including cold chain logistics, smart farms, and artificial intelligence data centers.
Sinsungo is expanding its product lineup from temperature-controlled packages for delivery, medical, and food applications to cooling infrastructure for smart farms and AI edge data centers. The company’s modular cooling systems can be configured according to each customer’s temperature requirements, size, and operating environment, reducing initial installation costs and operational energy consumption.
In 2025, Sinsungo supplied cooling solutions to smart farms in Incheon and Paju, and signed a business agreement with ZETACUBE for joint development of ultra-compact data centers. In 2026, the company has been expanding its application areas by developing modular eco-friendly edge data center cooling solutions with KoreaIDC and Kiturami Nanochem.
The new investment will be used to advance cooling and insulation technology, scale up production, and expand into new business areas. Sinsungo plans to validate its products and business model in the cold chain logistics market in the short term, and to enter smart farms and eco-friendly high-efficiency AI edge data centers in the mid to long term, growing into a distributed cooling infrastructure platform.
A MYSC representative said, “Sinsungo breaks away from the conventional approach of uniformly cooling entire spaces and instead provides the right amount of cooling exactly where it is needed, thereby reducing both energy costs and operational risks. We expect the company to create meaningful environmental and economic value not only by reducing temperature deviations and product waste in cold chain logistics, but also in industries with rapidly growing cooling demand such as smart farms and AI data centers.”
Seonghoon Lee, CEO of Sinsungo, stated, “Based on this investment, we plan to further advance Sinsungo’s cooling and insulation technology and expand product mass production and commercialization in earnest. We will provide optimized cooling infrastructure for various sites from small-scale temperature-controlled logistics to smart farms and AI data centers, and establish a new standard for energy-efficient cooling.”
Meanwhile, Sinsungo has been recognized for the value of its business in solving environmental problems, having been selected for the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute’s “2025 Youth Green Startup Spring Camp” and “2026 Eco Startup Support Program.”
