SPS Fulfillment completes first legal clinic under B4i – Bocconi for Innovation acceleration programme

SPS Fulfillment, an innovative startup operating in the logistics and e-commerce fulfillment sector, focused on optimising management, storage and shipping processes for brands and digital operators, has completed its first legal clinic as part of the acceleration programme of B4i – Bocconi for Innovation, financed by B4i Fund, the vehicle through which the programme invests in startups. The company develops integrated solutions designed to support the growth of online businesses through flexible, scalable and technologically advanced logistics services.

The initiative represents the first project completed under the partnership between B4i – Bocconi for Innovation and FDL Studio Legale as legal partner, established with the aim of providing startups with qualified professional expertise and contributing to the development of an increasingly structured and competitive innovation ecosystem.

SPS Fulfillment was supported by FDL Studio Legale through a multidisciplinary team comprising Partners Mario Cozza and Giuseppe Cattani, Senior Associate Stefano Zandegiacomo and Of Counsel Sasha Picciolo.

Completing the first legal clinic marks an important milestone in the path undertaken with B4i – Bocconi for Innovation.
