Step forward for Cavendish extension
Advocates are hailing new progress for the long-awaited extension of Cavendish Boulevard in Montreal. The Cavendish Business Alliance claims there has been major advancement in the process, after Montreal City Council voted in favour of spending nearly $4 million to obtain three tracts of land necessary to build the connection. As Dan Spector tells us, however, West End residents are not holding their breath.
