Surrey resident housebound after loss of HandyDart service
A Surrey resident is suddenly finding himself housebound, after he says he's successfully used HandyDart services for years to get around due to his physical disabilities. As Angela Jung reports, Tom Cretain is at a loss to understand why the transportation he's relied on has now been cut off.
