Velociti launches redesigned Velogic dashboard to improve fleet technology uptime

Velociti has launched the third generation of its Velogic dashboard, giving fleet customers a centralized platform to monitor technology performance, track repairs and manage inventory.

The redesigned dashboard works alongside VeloCare, the company’s managed services program, which provides proactive monitoring, technical support and repairs for connected fleet technologies.

The new interface brings technology health, project status and inventory information into a single portal, providing customers with around-the-clock visibility into their systems.

“We developed the new Velogic dashboard with the customer experience at the center,” said Ryan Powell, executive vice president of strategic partnerships at Velociti. “We listen closely to feedback from our clients and team members and continue to evolve the platform to keep pace with their needs.”

VeloCare uses real-time data from technology partners to identify equipment issues. When a problem is detected, a service ticket is automatically generated based on predetermined business rules, triggering remote troubleshooting or field repairs as needed.

Customers can monitor technology uptime, repair progress and inventory through the Velogic dashboard. Velociti says VeloCare customers experience an average 27% improvement in overall technology uptime, along with reduced repair times.

The latest version also introduces an AI agent that allows users to ask questions about their technology systems and retrieve information directly from the portal.

“Technology is great and for the most part, reliable but things happen and it only delivers value when it is working,” Powell said. “VeloCare helps proactively identify and address issues rather than waiting for someone to discover a problem.”

Velociti expects to begin rolling out the redesigned dashboard to existing customers in the fourth quarter of 2026, with new customers gaining access in the first quarter of 2027. The portal will be available to all Velociti and VeloCare customers.
