When will Quebec voters get bilingual mail voter cards?
Élections Québec poll workers have been instructed to speak English with voters only in certain circumstances, under language rules introduced following the language legislation, Bill 96. The directive comes as the agency has been ordered by a Quebec superior court judge to send voter reminder cards in English ahead of the October 5th election, after previously sending out French-only election information.
