The World Championship of Legends returns for its third season from October 3 to 18, with every match in the UAE.

India Champions open against Australia Champions on October 3 and meet Pakistan Champions on October 10.

Star Sports Network and FanCode broadcast the tournament in India, while Willow TV covers the USA and Canada.

The third edition of the World Championship of Legends kicked off on October 3, 2026

The World Championship of Legends is back for a third season. This edition, however, will not feature England.

Seven teams of former international stars will play across 16 days in the United Arab Emirates, with the tournament starting on Saturday, October 3, and ending with a final on Sunday, October 18.

India Champions, featuring Yuvraj Singh, Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina, open their campaign against Australia Champions on October 3.

Pakistan Champions, featuring Shahid Afridi, Kamran Akmal and Mohammad Hafeez, play Bangladesh Champions later the same day. India and Pakistan, the Champions, then meet on October 10.

The 2025 edition in England reportedly reached a global television and digital audience of 409 million. The move to the UAE is also set to strengthen the competition's presence across the Gulf and South Asia.

WCL 2026 schedule with fixtures, dates and timings

Every match on the published schedule is listed at Sharjah Cricket Stadium, although Dubai International Cricket Stadium is also named as a host venue for the tournament. Matches are generally played in two daily slots, at 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM local time, which translates to 5 PM and 9 PM in India.
