Yes Madam in talks to raise Rs 250 crore from Xponentia, Riverwalk as at-home services heat up

At-home salon and wellness startup Yes Madam is in advanced stages of raising Rs 250 crore (around $25 million) in a fresh round of funding from Xponentia Capital Partners, Riverwalk Holdings and existing investor Info Edge Ventures, people aware of the developments told Moneycontrol.

For Yes Madam, which was bootstrapped for nearly a decade, this will be second round of funding in four months and the third round of funding in about 2.5 years as the company looks to intensify competition with Urban Company, Lightspeed-backed Snabbit, Glade Brook-funded Pronto and Stellaris Venture Partners-backed Dazzl.

“Yes Madam is being valued at around Rs 1,900 crore (around $200 million) post-money, up sharply from earlier, during the ongoing negotiations,” one of the persons cited above said. Yes Madam is following a similar trajectory to Snabbit and Pronto, which also raised successive rounds after reaching a certain scale.

A second person, while confirming the details, said a bulk of the capital will come from new investors Xponentia and Riverwalk, while “Info Edge will likely put in around Rs 100 crore to increase its stake in Yes Madam.”

A third and fourth source confirmed the details to Moneycontrol.

Yes Madam is currently at an annualised revenue run rate (ARR) of around Rs 450 crore, or about Rs 38 crore in monthly sales, per sources. That is a sharp increase for a company that reported revenue of Rs 195 crore in FY26, Rs 94 crore in FY25 and Rs 45 crore in FY24, while maintaining profitability of around Rs 1-2 crore.

Yes Madam, Xponentia, Riverwalk and Info Edge did not reply to Moneycontrol’s queries.

The company’s rapid growth has come as demand for organised at-home beauty and wellness services rises.

Against this backdrop, Yes Madam raised a small angel round when it appeared on Indian reality show Shark Tank in February 2024, followed by Rs 50 crore in its institutional fundraise maiden from Info Edge’s growth-stage fund in May 2026.

Yes Madam operates across more than 55 cities, has over 12,000 service professionals on its platform and fulfils over 3.5 lakh bookings a month, according to company data as of May.

The company has also positioned its service-partner model as a key differentiator, with a focus on lower commissions, hygiene-led services and products, and transparent pricing.

It uses single-use and mono-dose products for several services, while waxing and facials remain among its core offerings, as per the company.

The fresh capital comes at a time when investors are showing increased appetite for the home-services market. Urban Company, which raised around Rs 500 crore in primary capital when it went public in September 2025, is getting aggressive with InstaHelp while Snabbit raised over Rs 520 crore in April 2026 to take its services to more locations. Pronto too closed a fundraise of around Rs 190 crore in May 2026 as it looks to gain market share from the others.

In the private market, Snabbit has emerged as a particularly aggressive challenger in instant salon-at-home services, doubling its valuation to around Rs 3,000 crore after its latest fundraise.

For Urban Company, Yes Madam is emerging as another competitor as the market gets increasingly crowded. While Urban Company is facing newer players such as Snabbit and Pronto in faster, on-demand services, it could now also face greater competition in its core salon and massage categories as rivals like Yes Madam look to scale with fresh funding.

The investment in Yes Madam comes amid a broader fundraising spree in the consumer startup space, with Moneycontrol reporting a string of such deals in recent months.
