AVC launches its first pilots and integrations, with 300+ startups in 3 months
In this article, 1win presents the new AVC venture capital fund and explores how it plans to support startups through investment, operational expertise, infrastructure, and access to international markets.
AVC is a venture capital fund launched in cooperation with the 1win ecosystem. The fund combines capital with operational expertise, infrastructure and market access, drawing on more than 10 years of experience launching and scaling products across international markets.
In its first three months, AVC reviewed more than 300 startups: 10+ projects are currently in active discussions, three have reached the final stage, and one deal has already been closed.
“For us, the fund is more than an investment initiative — it is a strategic step. We have the experience of building businesses, a strong team, and the infrastructure to help other companies grow,” — Sergei, Owner, 1win.
AVC primarily considers companies at Seed and Series A, while remaining open to later-stage startups with a strong investment thesis. The key criterion is a strong team committed to building for the long term and becoming a leader in its market.
AVC prioritizes AI/ML, B2B SaaS, automation and infrastructure solutions, as well as iGaming and ЕntTech, including payments, CRM and retention, game content, affiliate technologies and compliance. The fund also considers opportunities in FinTech, Web3 and Crypto, as well as companies operating at the intersection of these sectors.
“Investing is a way of voting for the future of the market with our capital. We look at the technologies and formats that have the potential to reshape the industry in the coming years and want to support the teams driving that change,” — Polina Malinovskaia, CEO of AVC.
AVC helps portfolio companies grow by giving them access to the resources of an operating business. Teams gain access to the market, infrastructure and the experience of people who have built and scaled products themselves.
Market access. Products within the ecosystem can become early customers, distribution channels or testing environments. Companies can validate hypotheses at scale and build proven use cases to support further growth.
Hands-on expertise. More than 20 business leaders across product, marketing, payments, analytics and other functions work with portfolio companies. They take part in evaluating solutions and contribute where their experience can help accelerate growth.
Pilots on live infrastructure. Technology solutions can be tested within an operating business before broader deployment. This helps teams see how their products perform under real-world conditions and identify which hypotheses are worth pursuing further.
Option for deeper integration. Where it supports the company’s growth, portfolio companies can use the ecosystem’s infrastructure, distribution and other resources. Deeper integration is discussed separately and is not a requirement for investment.
Submit your project for consideration on the AVC website. For an initial review, simply tell us about your product, team, and current stage of development.
