Consumer Matters: B.C. business receives mysterious UPS invoice
A small B.C. business owner received a mysterious UPS invoice totaling several thousand dollars. The document contained no details about the sender. When the owner couldn't resolve the dispute with the courier company, he reached out to Consumer Matters reporter Anne Drewa for help.
