Digital Digest: The Latest Tech News
The latest technology news in the wealth management sector from around the world.
The European wealthtech firm, Abbove, has deployed its wealth planning platform at ING Belgium, part of ING. The bank is making a new digital wealth planning platform available to its personal banking and private banking clients â NG Financial Compass. It is built on Abbove technology and specially adapted to its advisory model, Abbove, a Belgian firm and founded in 2017, said in a statement late last week. Clients can centralise information about their wealth, view their overall situation and track how it evolves over time. It also helps structure family, financial and estate information to prepare for the major milestones of a family's wealth journey and anticipate succession matters. For advisors, this global view serves as a basis for dialogue, deepening conversations with families and identifying the most relevant solutions for their goals. Abbove uses a white-label business-to-business-to-client model, which it says is used by more than 1,200 advisors to support nearly 40,000 families, representing over 200,000 individuals across Europe. Its clients include BNP Paribas Fortis, Deutsche Bank, ING and Quintet Private Bank.
