Former HandyDart user still looking for a permanent solution

Tom Cretain, a Surrey senior with disabilities, was left stranded for months by HandyDart after being told it was no longer safe to give him a ride. But after Global News started asking questions, things changed for him. As Angela Jung reports, he's now out enjoying the community again, going to Bard on the Beach, but he is still waiting for a permanent solution.
