The overseas online platform entry support program is part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups’ "Small Business Online Distribution Channel Support Project" and is operated under three sub-programs: entry support, utilization support, and logistics support, aimed at fostering global small businesses. Applications will be accepted until August 4.
The overseas online platform utilization support is a project that focuses on providing advertising and marketing assistance tailored to small businesses’ level of online platform adoption and growth stage. This year, up to 1,600 companies will be selected, and any small business that is already listed on overseas online platforms (such as Amazon, Shopee, or Qoo10 Japan) is eligible to apply.
Small businesses with platform sales of USD 15,000 or less in the previous year will receive support such as platform operation consulting, keyword and banner ads, and review experience groups. For those with sales exceeding USD 15,000, the support will focus primarily on indirect promotions, including influencer campaigns and marketing via social networking services (SNS). Outstanding performers will also be given the opportunity to participate in local O2O (online to offline) showcase events overseas.
More detailed information can be found on the Small Business 24 portal or the official website of the Small Enterprise and Market Service.
