North Korea likely launched ballistic missiles
Japan's Defense Ministry says North Korea has launched what appears to be multiple ballistic missiles. Government sources say the projectiles have already likely fallen outside of Japan's Exclusive Economic Zone.
Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae has ordered officials to gather information and ensure all necessary measures are in place.
It's the first time since October 3 that the Japanese Defense Ministry has announced that North Korea has launched a ballistic missile or what may have been a ballistic missile.
