Following a CBC News report that some Chinese steel will be used in the $33-billion LNG Canada Phase 2 project expansion in Kitimat, B.C., Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre asked Prime Minister Mark Carney in question period why the steel wasn't being produced in Canada.
