Purdue, Deloitte to discuss how technology is reshaping careers

The Purdue community is invited to join President Mitch Daniels as he talks with Lindsay Hough, vice chair of Deloitte’s U.S. government and public services practice, for a fireside conversation exploring how technology is reshaping careers and how Boilermakers can use their judgment, creativity and leadership to turn that change into progress.

The “Deloitte x Purdue: New Careers at the Edge of Engineering and National Leadership” event will take place from 5-6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, at Stewart Center’s Loeb Playhouse. Michelle Giuda, CEO of the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue, will serve as moderator. Space is limited, so register now.

Purdue students invited to chat with Deloitte reps

Following the fireside chat, from 6:30-8 p.m., students are invited to stay for a chance to talk with Deloitte professionals, including Purdue alumni, about internships and full-time opportunities and career paths. Students should bring their résumés and any questions they have for Deloitte and career paths within the firm.
