2026 Annual General Meeting - Voting Results Update Statement
At the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 22 January 2026, over 20% votes were cast against Resolutions 2-10 and 14-17. In accordance with Provision 4 of the UK Corporate Governance Code, this statement provides an update within six months on the views received from shareholders and actions taken following the votes received.
Since the AGM, the Company has continued its practice of proactive engagement with its shareholders. The Board acknowledges that its largest shareholder cast the vast majority of votes against the resolutions. The Company engaged in active and transparent discussions about resolutions with shareholders, including those voting both for and against, as well as those who abstained from voting.
The Company's Annual Report, for financial year 2026, will provide updated disclosure regarding the votes against resolutions and the actions taken by the Company.
