RSP Chair Rabi Lamichhane, Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar meet
KATHMANDU, June 2: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane, who is currently on a visit to India, held a meeting with Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in New Delhi on Tuesday.
During the meeting, discussions focused on Nepal–India development cooperation and people-to-people relations, with both sides highlighting their role in promoting development and prosperity.
Minister Jaishankar expressed happiness over the meeting through social media, noting that the discussions with Lamichhane and his delegation were positive and constructive.
Lamichhane is currently on a five-day India visit at the invitation of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The delegation led by him includes his spouse Nikita Poudel, RSP co-general secretary and Member of Parliament Bipin Kumar Acharya, RSP secretariat member and MP Deepak Bohora, and private secretary Pradeep Acharya.
