Travel Tech Hosts Velocity Ventures for Start-Up Meet

Travel Tech Association (Travel Tech), the unified voice for the travel technology ecosystem, this week hosted its August Start-Up Member Monthly Meet-Up featuring Velocity Ventures’ partner Nicholas Cocks for a discussion on building durable, investable travel technology companies in a fragmented, AI-driven market.

The program, “Building Investable Travel Tech in a Fragmented, AI-Driven Market,” explored how founders can position their companies amid shifting market conditions, including geopolitical fragmentation, AI disruption, evolving traveler behavior, and changing buyer and investor expectations. The conversation drew on Velocity Ventures’ 2H 2026 Strategy & Investment Outlook Report and gave Travel Tech’s Start-Up Members practical insight into how investors are evaluating opportunities across the travel technology landscape.
